Our jewelry products are made to order just for you! Due to the custom and personalised nature of our jewelry, we do not offer refunds or returns on any items. Each piece is carefully crafted specifically according to your order specifications.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Non-Returnable Items

All jewelry items are considered non-returnable due to their made-to-order nature, including:

  • Custom jewelry pieces
  • Personalized items with engraving
  • Special orders made to your specifications
  • All rings, necklaces, bracelets, and earrings

Quality Guarantee

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item has not yet entered production. Once production begins on your custom jewelry piece, the order cannot be cancelled due to the personalized nature of the work.
