Production & Shipping Overview

Since our jewelry products are made to order just for you, shipping times include both production time and transit time. Specific shipping times and details can be different depending on the product. This information is listed in the product catalog when browsing and creating products.

Production Time

All jewelry items require production time before shipping:

  • Standard Production: 3-7 business days
  • Rush Production: Available upon request (additional fees may apply)

Production time begins after order confirmation and payment processing.

Shipping Times

We ship most products within 1-4 business days after production is complete. The following is the average transit time for all products:

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • USA Standard (USPS): 2-5 days (Excluding Sundays)
  • USA Priority (FedEx): 1-2 days (Excluding Sundays) Note: FedEx cannot deliver to PO Box addresses

International Shipping

  • Canada Standard (DHL / DDP): 5-10 business days
  • Europe/International Standard (FedEx / DHL): 5-30 business days depending on location (Shipped from USA)
  • Europe/International Priority (FedEx): 2-5 business days

Priority International shipping available for: Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Sweden, Netherlands, Australia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Norway, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, New Zealand, Czech Republic, Mexico, and Greenland (Greenland transit time about 15 days).

Important Shipping Information

All times above can fluctuate occasionally for various reasons, including:

  • Larger volumes of packages processed than normal
  • Delays in customs processing
  • Weather or other carrier-related delays

Once an item leaves our warehouse and is handed to the carrier, the shipping process is the responsibility of the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility

While we do have access to tracking systems which can provide information, once a package is in the carrier network, we are unable to fulfill requests such as:

  • Redirecting packages
  • Recalling packages
  • Expediting shipping

We will look to resolve shipping issues in other ways when possible.

Tracking Support

If an order has been shipped and the tracking has not been updated 30 days from the date shipped, you may contact Support at care@yourcustomlamps.com for further investigation.
